The first Villager's Cafe was established on January 13, 1997, serving the community delicious and authentic Louisiana Poor Boys and house favorites.

A New Chapter

After 26 years, Villager’s Cafe Youngsville opened in the Mill Commons shopping center, and quickly became the go-to destination for the famous “Poor Boys,” salads, shrimp plates, and more that hold the legendary Villager's Cafe name.
